Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up, invite your team, and run the trial for fourteen days without a card. We only ask for billing details if you decide to keep going.
Can I bring my whole team into the trial?
Yes. There is no seat limit during the trial. Whoever you invite gets full access from day one.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you haven’t added a payment method, the workspace pauses — your data stays put but goes read-only until you choose a plan or cancel. No surprise charges.
How does pricing change as we hire?
It doesn’t change manually. We shift you to the cheaper per-seat tier as you grow. Stripe handles the proration. You never need to re-sign anything.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Stripe issues itemised invoices automatically — your billing admin can pull them from the customer portal we link inside the app.
Where is my data hosted?
Sydney, AWS ap-southeast-2. AU-only, HIPAA-ready, ISO 27001 in progress.
